Multiple Instructors in a class

I have some classes with multiple instructors that are correct, some with multiple Instructors that have too many, and some that only list one instructor, but should have two.

Is there a simple way to fix this, or find the import causing the confusion?

  Hi Darrin,

  From the following knowledge base article:

   Aviso imports course section instructors from a course section record and the course section schedule element records.

  To summarize, a "primary" instructor is imported on the Course Section data feed, and "additional" instructors are to be included on the Course Section Schedule Element data feed.

   

  Please open a support ticket if you have examples where the data in Aviso does not match the data extract.
