WE have several people who are not getting this everyday.  Does it only go out if there is activity?

  Hi Darrin, 

  You are correct, this only goes out if there is activity. If there has been no new activity for a staff/faculty members caseload, a digest will not be sent. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

  Thanks for the quick reply.  Does the Digest go to both the Academic and Success advisors or just Success?

  Also, where would I look if an Academic advisor is not getting the digest?

  Hi Darrin, 

  Advisors and Success Coaches have to opt into thier individiual settings and this is what dictates what is on their digest. This is the first area to troubleshoot.
