    Kate,

    We do not offer the ability to delete alerts from within the application. That is something that would require someone from our side to go into the database and manually delete the alerts that should be removed. This is something that would normally be done on a time and materials paid basis.

    Being able to delete alerts is something that would be useful to our institution as well.  We occasionally have faculty or staff put in inappropriate alerts and would like to be able to delete them ASAP instead of submitting tickets.

    Agreed -- It is especially helpful to have the ability to delete alerts as we're implementing and staff are learning how to best use Aviso and learning the different levels of visibility for all users -- particularly when that visibility is a fairly complicated set of circumstances. One unintentional error can lead to a pretty big conflict with a student, and we'd like to avoid that.
