How do you handle appointments for people working remotely?
AnsweredWe currently have meeting types: In-Person, 30-minute phone call, 30-minute remote.
When staff are working from home on set days, it would be great to be able to eliminate the in-person option for appointments instead of all appointment types global to all service locations.
Has anyone found a work around?

Currently we do not support the ability for individual staff to have different meeting type availabilities. We currently just have the Global settings for meeting types where you can turn them on or off for all staff members. Or the ability for a staff member to turn off the ability for students to schedule meetings with them.
You could set it so students can't schedule meetings on work from home days, then students email the staff and the staff schedules the meeting as a work around.
