Report to see who has opted out of SMS texting

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your question! There is no means to report on this piece of information at the moment. The "Recipient opted out of SMS" error code would only appear when Aviso attempts to send an SMS message to a number that our SMS provider (Twilio) has on record as opting out. Once we receive that error message from Twilio for the first time, we track that within Aviso on that specific phone number so we don't make any future attempts to send SMS messages to that particular phone number.

    Please note that it's also possible to disable SMS on each phone number from within Aviso Engage, and if this happens, we'll never see that error occur. Therefore a report on that error message would not necessarily give you the exact results you're looking for.
