Key Engagements

Good morning,

We are getting some questions from managers about the Key Engagements.  The number of students on the caseload for Key Engagements changed dramatically.  Is it looking for students with registrations for the future term?  We filter it down to Spring 2021 and the numbers do not match what it is currently showing, so wondering what the default setting is.  I'm also not sure how our Winter term that start a few weeks ago is factoring in.
