Can you add a note to multiple students at one time?

Is it possible to add a note to multiple students at the same time? For example: I am conducting a group advising session and I want to document that Richard Student was a part of the advising session and topics covered included blah, blah, blah. I would like to also add a note for the other 28 students also attending the group session. Is this possible to do a "bulk" add note?

We manage and track our appointments/visits/meetings using another system and document student interactions within Notes in Aviso Engage.

My understanding is that you can send messages to multiple students at the same time and there is a feature to create a note of the message. This could be a potential "work around"; however, I do not want to have reports showing that we sent "x number" of messages to students when in reality they were not really messages.

  Hi Monica,

  You are correct, currently, notes can be added in bulk through the send messages feature. As we continue to add to the bulk action feature, this will be a part of the expansion.  

  There is a report on the Administrative area, yet that is to see deliveries and not something users would use. In addition, you would not see the note added in that report.
