Non-Expirable Tag Filter
AnsweredHello! I have a question about non-expirable tags. Some information:
I created a tag called "Withdrawn from all Courses - Fall 2019" that uses the tag filter "Apply when a student has all current term enrollments in the selected statuses" with the "Withdrawn" option selected. I have checked the box for active and system but did not check the box for expirable. If a student withdraws from all courses in Fall 2019, will that tag still be on the students profile in the following semesters? We want to be able to see this information for a couple of terms, so we would create this tag for each term moving forward in addition to the previous one ("Withdrawn from all Courses - Spring 2020", "Withdrawn from all Courses - Summer 2020, etc").
I have the tag set to not expire, but I just want to verify this will work how I think it will!
Thanks!

You are correct! If a tag is not marked with Expirable, then it should remain on the student's record. You can check out our Knowledge Base article about tags to read more - https://support.avisoretention.com/hc/en-us/articles/115007678348-Create-a-Tag

I'm trying to do this same thing and have followed your format...however, when I try to run the report using the "withdrawn" and the "withdrawn from all courses fall 2020" tag, I get 0 students in the report.
Yet, when I only select "withdrawn" it gives me 327....but, I assume that is the number of courses that have been withdrawn from rather than the number of students.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
