What are Non-Impact Terms?

Non-Impact Terms are historical terms (i.e. prior to Aviso). We label terms as Impact where Aviso has been fully 'Live' for the majority of the Registration period and term itself. So we look at Non Impact (or historical) terms to compare to 'Impact' terms where Aviso has been Live.
