Is there a way to disable personal emails from being an option for sending messages?  Campus email is the official mode of communication, and it looks like it is defaulting to personal accounts when the college email fails due to system issues.

  Hi Mary Elizabeth, 

  The way it stands today we do not currently have code in place to allow for the disabling of personal emails. With this in mind, this is a great opportunity to submit an Enhancement Request for future development or adjustments.

  Was this enhancement request ever fullfilled? We are running into a need for this as well.
