Invalid Message
AnsweredWhen a couple of messages did not go through, we noticed that they are listed as "invalid" in the Administration screen. What does this mean? How can we find more information?

Internally Aviso uses various error codes to aid our developers in identifying why certain messages failed to send. We are working on making the meaning behind these errors more transparent so that administrative users will also be able to get a better picture of why certain messages may not be sending. To address this particular case, the "Invalid" message code corresponds to when the body of the email was not accepted by our system. This could be because the email body was either blank, or more likely because it included some template variables, like {studentFirstName} that were not valid.
