Deleting Resource Guide Entries

Can we have the ability to delete resources in our Resource Guide? Right now we are making them inactive if needed, but it would be nice to remove them completely for ease of use/management.

  You are correct, the way to prevent a resource from being shown is to make it inactive. You can read more about the Resource Guide here: https://support.avisoretention.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019512313-Resource-Guide-Permissions

  Hello, all. I'd like to bump this thread from a few years ago. Having the ability for administrators to delete duplicates or other entries in Resources would be quite helpful.

  Hi Christopher,

  Thank you for your feedback! Deleting resources is an enhancement, however you can hide resources by making then inactive. This is further explained in the article linked above found here - https://support.avisoretention.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019512313-Resource-Guide-Permissions. 

  From the above article: Only users with roles listed in the "Roles that can manage resources" setting can see resources that are not active.

  I'll add the ability to delete resources to our enhancement list and we will keep you updated on any change.
