How do people handle behavior/conduct issues reported in Aviso? How are they moved, or what is the process taken to deal with them?

For behavior and conduct we would suggest setting up permissions around features. For example, you can set up a faculty/staff initiated alert type that is only sent and/or routed to a particular department to view. Many of our schools allow staff to send these types of alerts, however the resolution is only viewable by certain staff. This is also paired note types and the security that Aviso Administrators can set up so that only certain staff can see those particular note types via the dynamic role security if creating roles for this purpose. Here is a helpful article that sheds some light on the topic: https://support.avisoretention.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006537433-Roles-and-Permissions
